From the beginning to the end of our stay in Germany, the alliance employees were in touch with us at any time, who very clearly, correctly and kindly advised us on any issues that arose. In our case, during the examination, there was no need for an MRI and the money already paid was returned to us (a considerable amount)! We are still impressed by the German quality and standard of living of citizens.
