You will receive a customized cost estimate outlining the planned diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests, and, when applicable, further therapy options.
Please be aware that the provided amount is preliminary. Throughout the examination and treatment process, changes may occur, resulting in a recalibration of the treatment cost.
Once you're satisfied with our offer, we will proceed to finalize a contract with you. You can then make a partial or full prepayment to the clinic's designated current account, as specified in the contract. In the case of a partial prepayment, the remaining amount must be settled prior to the commencement of diagnosis or treatment.
Upon the completion of your treatment, we will provide you with a final invoice, accounting for the actual medical and service services rendered. Any necessary additional payment can be made at that time. If the prepayment amount exceeds the final price, we will typically reimburse the remaining funds before your departure from Germany.
