About the program

According to statistics from the German Institute of Dentistry, people between the ages of 40 and 65 lose an average of 15 teeth. Patients who regularly undergo preventive diagnostics with us lose on average less than one tooth during this period of time.

Such excellent results are achieved thanks to the careful diagnosis of caries and its treatment at an early stage with minimal intervention, which allows patients to keep their own teeth for life. Equally important principles are the comfort of the patient, the functionality of his teeth, his general health and aesthetic criteria.

For diagnostics, modern x-ray equipment is used, which makes it possible to produce an accurate picture with a minimum x-ray load on the patient.

Program "Dentistry"

Medical interview with the chief of the dentistry clinic (medical history, final approval of the examination, and differential diagnosis program)
Functional diagnostics of dental occlusion biomechanics

What is this?
Study of the biomechanics of the temporomandibular joint, chewing muscles, muscles of the lips and tongue, periodontium and teeth.

For what?
To detect dysfunction and lesions of the dentoalveolar system.

Preventive examination of the oral cavity

What is this?
Inspection of the soft tissues of the oral cavity.

For what?
To detect pathological processes of the gums, oral mucosa (including the tongue, lips and palate), including the detection of precancerous and cancerous conditions.

Periodontitis diagnostics

What is this?
The study of clinical manifestations of periodontal disease and instrumental examination of the teeth.

For what?
Helps to detect the decrease in bone tissue, identify foci of osteoporosis and sclerotic changes in the bone.

Analysis of bacterial plaque

What is this?
The study of plaque by taking a smear from the periodontal pocket in order to identify pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity.

For what?
For the prevention and early diagnosis of periodontitis and periodontal disease, which can lead to tooth loss.

Advanced caries diagnosis using light fluorescence device

What is this?
Analysis of teeth using a laser device, based on different degrees of fluorescence of healthy and carious tooth tissue.

For what?
For early diagnosis of caries.

Photo documentation (macrophoto at 30x magnification)
Digital radiography

What is this?
A method of X-ray diagnostics, in which the radiation is received not by an X-ray film, but by highly sensitive sensors that form a digital image, which is then processed by a computer and displayed on a monitor.

The advantage of this examination is the high image quality and

significant reduction in radiation exposure.

For what?
It is used to detect peri- and periodontal diseases, to assess the condition of teeth, periapical tissues, to diagnose traumatic injuries, inflammatory processes, tumors, cysts, and other pathological conditions.

Aesthetic analysis of teeth and gums
Dental and oral care recommendations
Nutrition counselling
Medical reports of all examinations
Final discussion with the chief of the dentistry clinic about examination results, potentially followed by treatment prescription if necessary
