About the program

The absence of complaints is not yet an indicator of excellent health. Women need to be examined by a gynecologist and mammologist at least once a year. Many diseases, including infectious, endocrine and even oncological, are initially asymptomatic. And some infectious diseases do not cause any discomfort at all, but lead to serious complications.

We pay special attention to the prevention of oncological diseases of female organs.

Do you have early periods? Have you had abortions? Are you over 30 years old and have not given birth? After giving birth, did you stop breastfeeding? Have any close relatives suffered from breast cancer? Have you ever been diagnosed with breast disease (fibroadenoma, etc.)?

If you answered "Yes" to at least one of these questions, we strongly recommend that you undergo a comprehensive survey "Women's Health".

Program "Gynecology"

Introductory conversation with the head of the women's clinic (history taking, final approval of the examination program and differential diagnosis)
Gynecological examination
Transvaginal ultrasound examination (ultrasound) of the pelvic organs

What is this?

This is a diagnostic method that uses ultrasound waves to create an image of the internal organs of the pelvis, performed using a special ultrasound probe that is inserted into the vagina to obtain a more detailed and clear image of the organs than is possible from the outside. The procedure is usually well tolerated by patients and is safe and effective.

For what?

Transvaginal ultrasound is an important diagnostic method and morphological assessment of the female reproductive system and can be used to monitor pregnancy, identify diseases such as fibroids, ovarian cysts, determine the causes of pain or gynecological diseases.

Colposcopy
Palpation of the mammary glands
Ultrasound examination (ultrasound) of the mammary glands with a three-dimensional (3-D) image

What is this?

Three-dimensional ultrasound provides a more detailed view of the structure and condition of the mammary glands than conventional two-dimensional ultrasound. During the study, many image slices are taken (slices in different planes), and based on this data, a three-dimensional representation of the structure of the mammary glands is created.

For what?

3D breast ultrasound has several advantages, such as more accurate visualization of structures and changes, as well as the ability to create detailed 3D models. This can be particularly useful in cases where a more detailed assessment of the breast is required, for example to detect or monitor changes, and to perform biopsies or surgery if necessary.

Laboratory examination of gynecological smears for cancer

What is this?

This is a microscopic examination of the cells of the cervix and vagina, during which the structure and appearance of the cells is assessed to identify various abnormalities. This method allows you to detect changes in the cells of the cervix, which may indicate precancerous conditions, such as dysplasia or neoplasia (precancerous condition). Early detection and treatment of such conditions can prevent the development of cervical cancer.

Dfor what?

This type of diagnosis is an important tool for the prevention and early diagnosis of cervical cancer. Regular screening is recommended for women.

Laboratory examination of gynecological smears for bacterial diseases

What is this?

This is a microscopic examination of smears, which allows you to determine the presence of various pathological bacteria, identify their variety and quantity in the sample. The doctor analyzes the results and, if bacterial infections are found, prescribes appropriate treatment, which may include antibiotics or other medications.

For what?

Laboratory testing of gynecological smears for bacterial diseases is important for the diagnosis and treatment of infections such as vaginosis, vaginal candidiasis (thrush), bacterial vaginosis and other bacterial infections that can cause discomfort and lead to various symptoms. Early detection and treatment of bacterial infections helps prevent their spread and complications.

Laboratory examination of gynecological smears for viral infections

What is this?

This is a laboratory test of smears that allows you to determine the presence of various viruses in the sample. There are several methods to detect viral infections, including PCR (polymerase chain reaction), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and others.

For what?

This is an important diagnostic procedure aimed at identifying viruses that can cause infections in the female reproductive organs. Infections such as human papillomavirus (HPV), herpes, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and others can have serious consequences for a woman's health, including cervical cancer and other diseases.

Medical reports of all examinations
Final conversation with the head of the women's clinic based on the results of the examinations, if necessary, the appointment of treatment

Program "Gynecology Plus"

This program contains all examinations of the basic package “Gynecology / Mammology”. In addition, the following are additionally carried out:

3D mammography (tomosynthesis)

What is this?

An improved version of mammography that provides more detailed and informative images. 3D mammography creates many thin slices (sections) of the breast taken from different angles. After the images are taken, a computer combines them into a 3D image of the breast. These images cover the entire gland and allow doctors to study its structure in more detail.

For what?

3D mammography is an effective method for screening and diagnosing breast cancer. It allows doctors to more accurately identify and evaluate tumors and abnormalities, leading to earlier detection of cancer and, as a result, an increased chance of successful treatment.

Comprehensive Blood Tests

What is this?

A laboratory test that evaluates various cellular and chemical components of the blood. This analysis provides important information about the condition of the body, the function of organs and systems, and can also be used to diagnose and monitor various diseases.

Blood test for female hormones and tumor markers (additional fee)

What is this?

A blood test for female hormones and tumor markers is an additional test that can be performed on a medical basis if there are clinical indications or suspicions of certain diseases. These tests are usually performed to evaluate women's hormonal balance and identify markers associated with cancer.
