International master class on robotic surgery for endometriosis led by prof. G. Krentel

The European League for the Treatment of Endometriosis reports the successful holding of an international master class on robotic surgery for endometriosis. The event took place at the Endometriosis Competence Center under the direction of Professor G. Krentel, Clinical Association Niederrhein.

Professor Krentel and his team share unique experience in performing robotic surgery for endometriosis - from the setup and use of equipment to the use of advanced nerve-sparing robotic techniques, deep scanning of endometriosis and adenomyosis. During the master class, four complex operations were successfully performed in real time. It is important to note that all patients were discharged home as soon as possible.
